Strategy to Launch in 14 Days

Devoq runs every landing page project through four phases across 14 days. Days 1–2 cover strategy: discovery call, competitor audit, messaging framework, and sitemap sign-off. Days 3–7 cover design: custom Figma layouts, conversion copy, and unlimited revisions. Days 8–12 cover build: development in your stack, CMS setup, integrations, and speed optimisation. Days 13–14 cover launch: QA pass, domain migration, analytics setup, and handover.

The Four Phases

Each phase has a defined output and a sign-off point, so you always know what is happening and what is needed from you.

4. LaunchDays 13–14QA pass, domain migration, analytics setupLive page and handover

Phase 1 — Strategy (Days 1–2)

The project opens with a discovery call and a competitor audit rather than a design brief. The output is a messaging framework and a signed-off sitemap: what the page must say, in what order, and which proof carries each claim. Design does not start until that hierarchy is agreed, because reordering an argument is cheap in a document and expensive in a build.

Phase 2 — Design (Days 3–7)

Layouts are designed in Figma for desktop and mobile, with conversion copywriting produced alongside the design rather than poured in afterwards. Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope during this phase, which is where changes are cheapest to make.

Phase 3 — Build (Days 8–12)

The approved design is developed in your existing stack, whether that is Unbounce, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, or React, so your team keeps working in tools it already knows. CMS setup, CRM and automation integrations, and speed optimisation happen in this phase, targeting a 90+ PageSpeed score.

Phase 4 — Launch (Days 13–14)

A full QA pass covers cross-browser and mobile rendering, form submission, and tracking. Domain migration and analytics setup follow, then handover. Support continues after launch for 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the package.

What We Need From You

Timelines assume prompt access and feedback. In practice that means brand assets and logo files, access to the platform and analytics accounts, one named decision-maker for approvals, and feedback within one business day at each sign-off point. Projects slip when approvals sit with a committee rather than a person.

Working Across Time Zones

Clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand run on asynchronous updates rather than standing calls. Each phase ends with a written summary and a review link, so sign-off does not depend on finding a meeting slot that works across an eight- or twelve-hour gap. Calls are scheduled when a decision genuinely needs discussion.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a landing page take to build?

A single custom landing page takes 14 days from strategy kickoff to launch. Multi-variant projects take 21 days and full funnels take 30 days.

What are the four phases of the process?

Strategy on days 1–2, design on days 3–7, build on days 8–12, and launch on days 13–14. Each phase ends with a defined output and a sign-off point.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope during the design phase, which is when changes are cheapest to make. After build sign-off, structural changes are scoped separately.

Do we need to be on calls during the project?

Only the discovery call is required. The remaining phases run asynchronously with written summaries and review links, which is how clients outside our working hours in the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand typically prefer to work.

What happens after launch?

Support runs for 30 days on Launch, 60 days on Scale, and 90 days on Funnel. Funnel projects also include a monthly CRO report and a test roadmap.
